Lifetime Hearing Aid Service and Maintenance
You can count on GoToHearing to assist you with all of your hearing care needs throughout your lifetime. Unfortunately, your hearing aids aren't designed to last forever. Each pair will last you an estimated three to seven years, depending on the specific product that you purchase and how you maintain them. We offer a variety of brands, including Signia, Oticon, Phonak, and more.
Our Lifetime Service and Maintenance program offer coverage for the entire manufacturer's lifespan of the hearing aids that you purchase. Whenever you have a problem, you can stop by our hearing care center to get it fixed quickly. We know that getting your hearing aids back promptly is necessary for you to enjoy the quality of life you've become accustomed to.
Apart from service repairs, this program also offers routine maintenance. Professional maintenance of your hearing aids should be scheduled every six months. Our audiologists will clean your hearing aids and check them over to ensure that they're working properly. In addition, they'll make sure that your hearing aids are adjusted perfectly to fit your current hearing needs.
Three-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Your new hearing aids come with a default three-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is excellent for covering damages or losses that happen to your hearing aids. However, it's important to note that deductibles do apply to this type of warranty.
